Key Performance Indicators

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Survey is a large contract with the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) that collects key performance indicators from the 150,000 full-time students each year with the results to be used in the allocation of funds to the 24 colleges in Ontario. These indicators are collected through three different surveys, the Student Satisfaction survey, the Graduate Satisfaction Survey, and the Employer Satisfaction Survey.
These surveys are meant to gauge the colleges' performance in relation to the goals set out by the MTCU and reward colleges appropriately.

CCI Research Inc. has been responsible for performing the Student Satisfaction survey part of this audited project since 1999.  Forum Research Inc. has been responsible for conducting and collecting all data for both the Graduate and Employer surveys while sub-contracting CCI Research to produce all the reports.
