Student Satisfaction Survey

As part of the KPI implementation plans developed by college/ministry work groups and reported in Implementing Key Performance Indicators for Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, was recommended that colleges be responsible for administering a common Student Satisfaction Survey according to a standard protocol for survey administration in which both colleges and the student governments participate. Both the Committee of Presidents and MTCU accepted this approach.

CCI Research refined the survey instrument that is being used for this process. They are also responsible for all the survey packaging as well as the data collection and all reporting aspects.
