In 1993, Metro colleges chose CCI Research to lead them
in the development and implementation of an Ontario Continuing Education
(CE) Provincial survey project. Up until this point, there had been
no tool in place to obtain information, monitor, and improve the
performance of Continuing Education programs in the colleges. Since
implementation in Fall of 1996, this student satisfaction survey
collects data from 200,000 part-time college students every two
years. These processes have been the model for colleges throughout
the province of Ontario including the Key Performance Indicator
(KPI) project.
